Please collect your tickets at any Computicket, Shoprite, Checkers or Checkers Hyper store before the event as there will be no collection facilities at the venue.
Credit card used to make the booking must be presented when collecting tickets.

Breakfast:
Homemade muesli; crushed fresh berry,
Champagne jelly compote served with yoghurt and a trio of smoked salmon panna cotta drizzled with
wasabi cream; a bacon and crumpet stack drizzled with sweet chili syrup; and polenta chips topped with a
pork sausage patty, fried egg drizzled with Italian tomato sauce.

Snack:
Chicken Satay served with a peanut dip, Oxtail and porcini calzone and a fresh tomato layer cake served with goats cheese, basil and tomato jelly

Lunch:
Chicken Involtini served with a white wine napoletana sauce
on a bed of homemade tagliatelle (Involtini is a pan-fried,
rolled chicken breast stuffed with parma ham, smoked
mozzarella and fresh basil) and traditional Italian Tiramisu

Dinner:

Seared Norwegian Salmon served on a bed of greens with a prawn and crab mousse drizzled with an apple cider vinegarette
